This EOI process seeks to fulfil one current vacancy and expected vacancies after the next Annual General Meeting to replace one of the board members who has completed their term.

The AIOH Foundation Ltd. was founded in 2016 as a company limited by guarantee, incorporated under the Corporations Act 2001 (Commonwealth) ACN 614 388 340 and is a registered health promotion charity (focussing on workplace health) with the Australian Charities and Not-for-profits Commission (ACNC).
